Falun on good times of a messy defection ordeal

Embassies are once again embracing the full swing of relevance on foreign soils in the current political casserole of the Australian state of mind. Those in particular in the beneficial afterglow of concurrency include the Chinese and Indonesian consulates.

Flowing out from a weed on the Schapelle Corby decision, the powdery squeeze flew into the face of Ambassador Imron Cotan. Dizzy and so busy, the office worked itself with the backlash of sentencing a drug smuggler back in Indonesia. Its arrival on the Indonesian Embassy clearly vying for desperate attention as the week dragged on with the tossing and turning over the state and fate of Chinese defector Chen Yonglin.

In attempts to flee his country and current employer, Yonglin applied for political asylum through the Australian government. Sniffing no ill wind beyond a storm, Immigration officials set up a brew by calling the Chinese Embassy direct in order to blow his state of mind.

Were it not enough, China's Ambassador Madame Fu Ying, publicly stated that no harm would come of Yonglin should his application fail and be rendered back on the trip to a country that continues to make the Falun Dafa rock stars in the guise of pinatas.

Keeping things afloat for the Chinese, Senator Bob Brown of the Greens outlined the implicit nature of the request by Younglin to stay out of the climate. One that despite having been written in English, failed to translate in the eyes of Foreign Affairs Minister, Alexander Downer.
