Three shopping centre deaths in two days and yet the police claim that despite occurring at a Westfield Shopping Centre and that two of the three fell to their deaths, they are unrelated.
Reports have the first male plunging to his death from the fifth level down on to the second level of the Westfield in Parramatta. The same reports reiterate the fact that the fifth floor and the location of his wayward departure downward were where the food court was.
The second man, as Asian as the first, was found bound and gagged on one of the car park levels of the same complex mere minutes later. First conclusions pointed to a murder/suicide.
Then comes the third, an elderly woman of 60 years and done, found splattered and dead as the fashion on her legs at Westfield Hurtsville.
Is this the great cycle of life? Born into the world in the search of food to occasionally lose your way and end up withered and lonely? Consumerism shall be the death of the populace.
These three might have taken the wrong cue from all the falling prices that have now been removed from the end of the financial year sales.
The stock of Westfield Holdings didn't exactly tumble.
